With fall time here, kids going back to school, and cold weather moving in, its good be be prepared against all those maladies that are or will be going around. Try this Wellness Stimulating Blend to help keep your family fresh and strong.


  • 10 drops lemon essential oil
  • 8 drops oregano essential oil
  • 5 drops mountain savory essential oil

How to use:

  • Apply blend to the bottom of feet.
  • Apply blend (below) the throat and chest.
  • Apply 5 drops of the blend with 1 teaspoon vegetable or massage oil and massage around the neck and upper chest area.
