Grapefruit Juice Recipe
This fruit has a history of cleansing and promoting fat burning. It is simple to make and enjoyable to drink throughout the day.
- 1/2 cup freshly pressed grapefruit juice
- 1 quart distilled or purified water
- 3 drops spearmint
- 3 drops tangerine
- blue agave or yacon syrup for taste
The more frequent elimination, the better. There may be some discomfort or bloating if the body is not eliminating several times a day. There should be at least 2-3 or more bowel movements every day to constantly be moving the waste out of the body that is being loosened from various organs and intestines.
