FEELING LIMBER WITH ESSENTIAL OILS

Feeling tight and stiff? On those cold winter days does it seem like it takes hours for your body to loosen up and lose those knots?  If you’re feeling creaky essential oils may be able to help.  Try these two essential oil recipes to help.


Blend #1:

  • 10 drops helichrysum
  • 2 drops rosemary
  • 5 drops marjoram
  •  5 drops lavender

Blend #2:

  • 8 drops spruce
  • 5 drops Douglas fir
  • 5 drops helichrysum
  • 4 drops wintergreen or birch
  • 2 drops German Chamomile
  • 4 drops elemi

Directions:

  • Dilute 50-50, massage 3-6 drops on location, repeat as often as needed.
